- Scan the QR code at your Hotel or Airport Terminal. This will take you directly to the booking page for your hotel or terminal location.
Simply select your destination and tickets required. - Select your preferred departure time and proceed to payment.
- Simply complete your payment details and tickets are delivered to your email address!

Please note:
- Your ticket does not need to be printed out, the QR code on your ticket can be scanned from the email on your phone.
- If you have purchased multiple tickets for a number of passengers, each passenger will receive a QR Code which they should scan individually.
- If you have purchased a family ticket, only 1 QR Code will be provided for the whole family.
- If you have purchased return tickets, you will receive 2 QR codes, please only scan the 1st QR code for your outbound journey and the 2nd QR code for your inbound journey.
- Tickets are valid for all buses on the Hotel Hoppa network and can be used from any hotel or Heathrow Terminal 2,3 or 5 departure.
- Booking via the Scan 2 Book portal, does not guarantee the customer a seat on the departure selected. At busy times customers may be required to stand.
iPhone users:
Please note, If you have Apple Pay enabled in your mobile phone settings, this may block your Hotel Hoppa ticket from being scanned when presented as a pdf ticket. To avoid this issue please download your ticket into your Apple Wallet in order to scan your Hotel Hoppa ticket on the bus.
