* Important Information for New Android OS Users

We are aware of an issue for new Android users on the latest version of Android OS being unable to download the Hotel Hopp App. Please be advised this issue relates to new downloads of the app only and users with the app already downloaded to their device are able to use the app with no issues. Our App provider is working towards an update to resolve this issue, however in the meantime, we advise customers with the latest versions of Android OS to check if they are able to download the app to their device BEFORE purchasing tickets online. Tickets are also available to purchase from the driver onboard using cash or Contactless payment or via the Scan2Book portal.

Please present a live App M-ticket when travelling. Screenshot tickets are not valid for travel. Valid for two journeys over a 24-hour period from each activation. A family group must consist of at least 1 adult & 1 Child and no more than 2 Adults & 3 Children (under 15).
